Fanfare: Just tooting my own horn

My Nikon and I are becoming fast friends at last. I’ve had it nearly a year, but I can finally tell it what I want and actually get my desired result now in natural light, anyway…still working on the flash settings. I had a chance to take tons of pics this weekend, but I’m especially proud of my “Delicious Dahlia”, because it was difficult lighting and background and yet the flower and foliage were so gorgeous I had to give it a try. So here’s a shameless self-promo and I hope a relaxing moment with a pretty picture….
