I realized today that this blog has about a zillion different foci, and the only glue holding them together is my clearly ADHD brain, which can’t stay on one topic for very long. If you’re reading this and wondering what the heck my music on my iPod has to do with the main theme of this blog, well…
It’s all about dealing with four or five areas of focus at once, sometimes well, sometimes not. And this blog is a nice neat picture of what my head looks like on any given day. I am passionate about much, focused on many. It drives people who are organized crazy, but I can’t even imagine being any other way. So when you see my upcoming post on why database construction and development drives me nuts, don’t shake your head and wonder why you’re still reading my blog. Just consider it a way to more clearly picture what it’s like to live inside this ADHDer’s head.
Today is definitely a 19/7 day. In fact, this month has been that way. Odd time, fragmented measures, and all allegro.
