June 12, 1910 – December 17, 2005
This morning at about 11:00 AM PST my Grandma passed away peacefully and without pain.
We were with her yesterday and had the sense that she was very anxious to be away from the constraints of her body — it was as though she was hiking and in a hurry to reach the summit (she was an avid hiker until about age 90). I am so grateful that she has been freed from the constraints she’s been under and is now soaring high, unfettered.
To all of you who have left comments and sent email, you will never know how much it’s meant to me to know you were praying and thinking of us. Your prayers were heard and answered.
