This is just dumb. I don’t want crap all over my iPod telling me something I’d have to be an idiot not to know in the first place. It’s time for folks to step up and be responsible for their own choices. Turn it up loud, plan on hearing loss. That’s all.
Apple sued over hearing loss in iPod buyers
An owner of Apple Computer Inc.’s iPod music player filed a federal lawsuit against the computer maker, claiming the device causes hearing loss in people who use it.
