Irish Horses

Dancergirl wonders whether Irish Horses are Irish dancers.

Here’s something interesting to me: She totally gets the whole blogging/commenting thing, hands down. She is filled with angst tonight for two reasons — first, because she has a mouthful of braces that hurt like hell and second, because she isn’t getting comments on her blog from anyone…and that’s because I originally set things to allow comments from Blogger identities only.

She made me reset it to allow anyone to comment, so if you’re so inclined, go drop one her way so she feels like she’s not shouting in the darkness. She won’t let me take a picture of her screamy face that she’s making to avoid her lips touching the braces, either. I’ve decided to humor her. For now.

I’m feeling your daughter’s pain. My own years of braces totaled nearly 6 years. UGH. That was no fun.

I had braces a long time too…so I also feel Dancergirl’s pain, almost too acutely, which is why I keep trying to have a sense of humor about it.
