[...] Ah, this all goes to the broader perspective blogging question…and I haven’t found a focus for that yet…still looking. In the meantime I’m going to keep doing what I’ve been doing, which is being my ADHD self and hopping from topic to topic, which leads into Kmilyun’s closing question: Some of the blogs that I enjoy reading have stopped posting or slowed down. Others are questioning why they even bother. The others are gettting read I hope and I do see a few responses on them. Knowing that a person has to pick a subject and stay with it to become a “read” blog kind of takes all the fun out of it. [...]

It's interesting to me how you used your experience of macro-photography to represent yourself and your general focus. Maybe that photography has been a necessary part of the journey for you to get you to here, to this perspective.

I wonder now how that will shape not only your life but how you use your considerable skills in photography.

But there IS room for both; it doesn't have to be either/or, in photography or in life. Appreciating the detailed wonders of nature can lead to appreciation of how precious and valuable life is for everyone in this world.

"No man is an island...."

(Sorry about the pontificating. I look forward to reading more of your journey. Know that you're not alone; that these have always been issues for me too and, I'm sure, many others.)
