And this was a total lucky shot. Flukey, even. I took a really long shot of the poppies across the street and while I was looking at them after loading them onto the computer I noticed this bud in the background so I went back out and laid down on the sidewalk next to it to take the photo. People driving down the street must’ve wondered about me… 
Anyway, I posted it and it got pushed onto the Explore page and from there to first!
