As to Wordpress, I think it's the best blogging/CMS package there is. But it's not easy -- there's a steep, steep learning curve to any tweaking. It's got a geeky interface and installing plugins is not user-friendly. Wordpress.com simplifies this somewhat and is great if you're not one who likes to tinker under the hood, but for sheer power and flexibility, Wordpress straight out of the box rocks. Do you see any value in it for the more experienced other than to help people new to blogging learn? I am NOT saying I don't like Vox.
