Here’s a taste:
Peter Sullivan, a lawyer who sued on behalf of a 23-year-old Starbucks regular who felt “betrayed” when her coupon was not honored, accused the Seattle-based company of fraud. He said he will request class-action status to include the “thousands who were misled” by the offer.
So let me see if I have this right.
You get a coupon via email that you weren’t supposed to get in the first place and it’s not honored because you weren’t supposed to get it so you initiate a class-action lawsuit against Starbucks?
This makes the McDonald’s lawsuit look legit.
