Photowalking with Thomas Hawke

by Karoli on September 29, 2006

Robert Scoble has posted three more installments of his photowalk with Thomas Hawke. Even if you just casually use a digital point-and-shoot, it’s worth downloading and watching these just to see how he spots and shoots his terrific images.

I used some of the ideas I got in the first installment yesterday when I was driving. I’m looking forward to trying some of the ideas I got from the segment on shooting in the dark. Go watch — it’s a great way to spend an hour or so.

Part II
Part III
Part IV

I got some good video ideas, too. I love the way Scoble takes Hawke shooting an image and then has the image itself follow that.
