I think it is important to note that it is very common for ADHD people to have sleep problems. At least 40% or so. 
So, taking that into account, it seems logical that some people would find benefit with light therapy. It was somewhat surprising that they had such improvement, but this is only one study. Hopefully, more will come.</description>
