Or should I just throw everything into Sticks’ lap and let him move the ball down the field? There is something nagging at me about his foot-dragging, but I can’t put my finger on it. He engages when I ask him to, but only for as long as he has to before moving on to something else.
DG says it’s just that this is a boring and complicated thing and I shouldn’t expect full attention from him. Bigdog says it’s our job to walk him through this process — it’s too overwhelming otherwise.
My gut tells me I’m missing a crucial cue.
