At the Camarillo train station yesterday. The sky was brilliant — clear as a bell with nearly blinding sunlight, which I tried to tame in this shot. The station has just been completed in the last six months. It’s open-air, but has beautiful bas relief images of the Camarillo horses (you’ll see them in the Rose Parade) set onto tile mosaics. You can’t see it in this photo, but in the distance, the Pacific Surfliner is coming around the corner, about to pull into the station on its way south to San Diego.
