Anna-Nicole Smith: RIP

Rarely do I get caught up in the maelstrom of celebrity stuff, but I’ve always seen Anna-Nicole Smith as an enigma. Not content to exercise bad judgment, she exercised incredibly destructive and sometimes almost unbelievably bad judgment. In every interview I ever saw her do, she struck me as being as dumb as she looked, and yet, there always seemed to be a glimmer of something…smarter. Like the dumb thing was an act that she’d learned to rely on to survive and was so ingrained in her that she never let the smart side come out. Or maybe that was just my natural optimism.

My heart goes out to her little 5-month-old daughter, who will likely be caught up in some kind of horrible custody battle that will make the one for Athina (Onassis) Roussel look like child’s play.

As for Anna-Nicole, Jay (TheZeroBoss) said it better than I can. May blessings be upon her daughter in the years to come.

    I pray that Anna Nicole Smith, accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior. It appears that she has experienced sooo much warfare in this life that it overwhelmed her. You could plainly see she was drowning with much difficulity breathing. Surrounded by so many people whom she knew were her enmies. Not knowing who to sincerely trust. If one is not connected to the Holy Spirit of the Creator God and no other. Including choosing to be a person who walks in the Spirit and be covered with the Blood of Jesus Christ. Makes this life difficult. I'm not saying Anna Nicole Smith was'nt, a believer I'm praying that she was. She has been dragged through the ungodly mud and mire this world judged her through. "NOW!" she's at rest from this world. Totally unprepared to leave her bay girl behind motherless with no identified biological father. I also, pray that God exposes the truth of who Baby girl Dannielynn's biological father is. That he is concerned enough to bring her up in the truth of God. That Dannielynn may live an abundant life of much love, understanding, peace, harmony, intrgrity, and humbility. Allowing her to focus on whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--I pray Dannielynn's blessings be for her to think about such things as these.

    the whole thing has me pretty weirded out...I think she was a lot smarter than people gave her credit for or she wouldn't have stayed topical for 20+ years...unfortunately I think she had issues that were never addressed and ultimately they were too much for her, I hope she has some peace now.
