I am really enjoying Dave Winer’s recent blog posts about his trip to Europe. They make me feel like I’m there. It was the same when he went to New Orleans. Thanks for the vicarious visit, Dave.
If you’re not into Europe, perhaps Asia is more appealing. Trey Ratcliff (aka StuckinCustoms) is there, and I’m also enjoying his most recent, including this one taken in Cambodia.
On Uploadrs:
I’ve saved Flea’s blog to a PDF file — I had to combine the Bloglines and Google Reader caches to do it, so the format changes toward the end (Bloglines has a much easier format to convert than Google Reader). Download it here — it has images included so it’s about 4MB.
On Dancrs:
If you watched the ad I linked to last week, you probably caught DG and some friends on the America’s Got Talent promo. Their segment should be on tonight’s episode airing at 8pm PDT, at which point the embargo should be lifted and I can tell the whole tale. I had to sign things that were legal saying I’d be quiet till after the show airs. I have no idea when her segment will air (or even if it’ll be in tonight’s, though I think it will) or how much time they’ll get…but it was definitely an experience.
And with that, I promise to stop playing with words that leave out the “e”. It was just too tempting this time, but I promise to be done.
