UPDATE #2: CNN has video. Also, according to the CHP updates, a second person is confirmed dead, and three vehicles broke through the closure of the northbound 5 to northbound 14. Bad idea, folks. Let’s hope they’re not trying to play citizen journalist. That’s a dangerous area right now.

UPDATE: LA Times Report:
The intense heat caused concrete to crack and melt, sending chucks falling onto the road below throughout the night. Firefighters worried that the damage could cause parts of the tunnel to collapse.
“The tunnel may be structurally compromised, so we’re fighting the fire from outside right now,” Tripp said.
Also, the CHP Traffic page says the fire is still burning.
I picked this up on Twitter about an hour ago and after giving up on any media outlet getting something out there, decided to post it here:
At least 5 big rigs are on fire in the tunnel on I5 that crosses Highway14 at Calgrove. This is the truck route, where all semis are split from regular traffic going up (or down) the Grapevine. According to the KFWB (980 AM) Stream
