Yep, bailing on today’s post where I actually write something in favor of a photo, mostly because the fog is so cool tonight that it got me distracted and I’m completely uninspired anyway.

Here are some random questions for which I have no answer — maybe you do:

• If waterboarding isn’t torture, what is it? How can there be any doubt? Can someone ask Dianne Feinstein if she would agree to test the theory and be waterboarded before paving the way for Mukasey’s nomination? What was she thinking?
• Why does getting an extra hour of sleep one day a year that really isn’t extra since it was borrowed six months earlier make such a difference?
• Why are the only kids being left behind under No Child Left Behind the ones who are ahead to begin with?

Just thinkin’ out loud…
