It’s been a long week. I haven’t really been as silent as it seems. I have Earth Day posts on Bipartisan Report and Mother Nature Network.
There’s a new post about the Jane Harman wiretap debacle over on Bipartisan Report too. A clue as to where I stand on that? I think that wiretapping elected representatives is an amazing abuse of executive power and should be investigated and prosecuted if necessary. My post gives the backstory.
And over on US Health Crisis, I wonder aloud as to who should own one’s medical record, and how best to implement electronic medical records.
So you see, I’ve managed to spread myself out all over the Internetz. Think of it as a treasure hunt.
Sticks and the CSUN A Jazz Band head out to Reno, NV tomorrow for the Reno Jazz Festival. We are trying hard to go, too, though it seems the gods are conspiring to keep at least one of us home. If we both get to head up there, I’ll have the laptop and wireless card to write from the road.
Still locked in the battle with the editor…but trying hard to overcome it. The state of California is being amazingly slow about kicking in the unemployment benefits, too…which means I’m down to the itty bitty bare nubs of bank balances.
Here’s to a better day tomorrow. And a great weekend.
