There is another link under the category of personal finance but it has nothing to do with finance. If you have difficulties in making payment, you can click the link named www.wachoviabank.com. You will have an expert helping you to fix your problems and you don’t have to go out of your home to get the service. What you need to do is to choose a button between the two “call us today” and “we’ll call you”. Don’t you think this service shows the attentiveness and consideration of the Wachovia? It’s really good in my opinion.

Like you, I have banked with BofA for about 15 years and recently had trouble with an ATM taking a cash deposit and not registering it as a deposit. Instead, I got a slip saying there was a problem and that I should contact my financial institution. Since I was at my local branch, I walked inside and showed the tell the slip of paper and her immediate response was "I can't help you" with an attitude of "not my problem". i was upset and angry and demanded to speak to someone who could assist... the best they could offer was a phone call to BofA HQ and for me to file a claim.

When I got back to my computer I tweeted my anger with BofA and received a tweet from @BofA_Help asking for my info. A few days later I received a call from the local branch manager apologizing for the trouble and to let me know that the issue had been resolved. I explained that my trouble was not with the ATM machine breaking as much as being treated like a second class customer. It's never good when you hear "I can't help you" after you've been effectively ripped off of over $1000 in the ATM machine.

I'm still a little irritated but haven't canceled my account.... the use of twitter and receiving the call from the manager seemed to help in my case as well.
