MJ's death, since it was unexpected, took me back to my first remembered experience with celebrity death - Jimi Hendrix. Then, a month later, my idol Janis Joplin died. I think her death, more than any other, taught me that life is precious and that it's easy to waste.<br><br>I'm happy that Farrah and MJ had much more time on earth than Jimi and Janis. I'm sad that they're gone, but they left us with some fine examples of extraordinary talent and expertise. Beautiful image, ditto on the thoughts. I can't help but feel that as amazing as he was, he still had more to offer but never had the chance. That man was unmatched at what he did.
