I was aware of the shooting of the US soldier (which, by the way, is a cold-blooded act of murder but is not a terrorist act). I agree with you that it should have received at least as much, if not more, coverage than Dr. Tiller's murder. You really need to separate extremist acts from acts of terrorism. Terrorism is specific: non-military acts on civilians.

Go back and read my post. He was a military officer attacking a military installation. That is not -- I repeat not-- a civilian attacking a civilian. There is no evidence that he acted on anything other than his own psychosis, perhaps stoked by his readings of radicals. It's quite similar to what I fear happening in this country as a result of the loaded speech tossed carelessly around by teapartiers and uber-conservatives.

I heard terrorits cry 'Allah Akbar' as they kill their victims. Hasan cried Allah Akbar' as he killed his victims.
Why is his cry not associated with the Terrorits? Why would he be an exception in your eyes?
If you are being gunned down by a person who cries 'Allah Akbar', what would you like us to call that person?

I don't think you need to worry about Bill Bennet too much. The winds of change have done a good job of downplaying Muslim Terrorit activity in America. Your example of the Tiller killing is a good example. It was done at the same time a U.S.Soldier was gunned down in the name of Allah by a Muslim Terrorist in this country. The air play went to the Abortion Doctor. The air time sympathized with the man who killed thousands and gave little air time to the U.S. Soldier who helped save thousands of lives. The Jihadist was swept under the rug. Same time period. Very different air time.
I don't think the Terrorists have anything to worry about these days regarding American's defending themselves. Your voice is definitely in the larger pool that screams to look the other way.
