Of all the music I bought in 2010, Brad Mehldau’s Highway Rider wins for being the most creative, innovative, and heart-reaching. At first, you’ll listen to this piece and wonder what I’m talking about (or if I know what I’m talking about) until you get to the end. Trust me. He knows what he’s doing.
