You can also turn on Facebook connect (a little more complex process), so people can comment using their Facebook persona. I'm assuming you're using Wordpress? There's also a setting there to put the comment box at the top of your comments rather than the bottom. I'm torn about that setting, because it probably squelches the conversation if people write a comment before reading the others, but my own preference is to have it at the top. There's also style settings and other tweaks you can make.
