It is a daily joy to me that the spring flowers blooming right now are purple, vibrant, and so detailed. I love the colors of these flowers so much that the dewdrops are simply a bonus instead of the focus. But they’re fun, too.

…but I am! I got a Nikon D200 today!!!! Best Buy had a deal to beat all deals, and even though I shouldn’t have, I did. The pug was one of the first subjects, but she wasn’t all that excited.
Now I have to go figure out all the settings and learn about the stuff [...]

Yesterday began cold and clear, but by mid-afternoon the clouds were gathering and I expected a long, rainy night. As quickly as they came, they left. I love dramatic skies.
